Liam Curran

Liam Curran, owner and founder of CURRANOLOGY, currently serves as a Goalkeeping Coach for the U.S. Youth National Teams.

Liam spent the last nine years coaching with Atlanta United FC having joined the club in 2016. Starting out as Head of Academy Goalkeeping and ATL UTD 2 Goalkeeper Coach, Liam was promoted to First Team Goalkeeper Coach for the 2020 MLS Season.

Before his time with Atlanta United, Liam was an Assistant Coach with Clemson University (2012-2016), University of Akron (2010-2011), and Georgia Southern University (2007-2009).

Lewis Sharpe

Originally from England, Lewis Sharpe is currently ATLUTD 2 GK Coach and Head of Academy Goalkeeping for Atlanta United FC in MLS.

Sharpe was instrumental in the development of Jayden Hibbert during his time with ATL UTD 2 as he earned a First Team contract in addition to receiving a call up to the Canada Men’s National Team roster.

Under Sharpe’s tutelage, a number of academy goalkeepers have signed professional contracts with Atlanta United including Vicente Reyes, Jonathan Ransom, and James Donaldson. All three goalkeepers also received call ups to represent their countries at the Youth and Senior National Team level while working with Sharpe.

Prior to joining Atlanta United, Sharpe served as Goalkeeping Coach for Georgia Gwinnett College after a successful playing career, earning Association of Independent Institutions Player of the Year and NAIA All-American Honors.
