Who? Male and female goalkeepers aged U12 to U19 currently playing at a competitive level and ready to enhance their game.

What? Training sessions designed to develop the goalkeepers technical ability, tactical understanding, physical capabilities, and psychological skills. Session themes include defending the goal, defending the space & area, and attacking play in realistic match situations.
